Cine Sparks will engage young people of all ages in its screenings of feature and short productions, both fictional and factual. The festival aims to provide young Australians with a window into the lives of people from other cultures, and a place and context in which to discuss and debate diverse representations of culture.
Cine Sparks has four main goals:
1. To develop media and cultural literacies
2. To expose young people to quality visual content
3. To develop skills of critical analysis
4. To develop understanding of other cultures.
